Sky is a male parakeet born in 2018. He came to the farm in July 2022 after his owner passed away. He came in with Chippy, Billy, and Kiki Canary. Billy is actually an offspring of Sky and Chippy. All of the birds in our bird room are allowed to fly free around the room for part of the day. They have all become good friends and they love to all pile on to one of the big perches together and sing their hearts out. They sing all day. When you walk down the hallway towards their room, it sounds like we have a tropical rainforest soundtrack running. It is very relaxing and soothing. And it is most special to enjoy how happy they all are!
