From Alice: “Life has blessed me with the opportunity of being different. I was born with legs that are not normal. But I get around just fine, although it is different than other cats. For a time, I was living life out on the streets and not doing so well at that. It was hard for me to navigate and fend for myself. But then, I ended up here, where I am safe and free to be exactly who I am. I am not defined by my body. Neither are you. We are who we are inside and that is what matters most. I appreciate it when people take the time to find out who I am and not judge me by what I look like or how I walk. And I appreciate each and every one of you for just being you.”
